Get Wet with Party Band Windstorm at DiamondJacks May 15

(Bossier City, LA) April 18, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel will spring into summer with Wet: The Pool Party on Friday, May 15. The party will be held in the beautiful pool area of DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel from 7-11PM, and will feature special entertainment from Windstorm; Shreveport’s favorite party band.

Ladies are invited to come early and enjoy free drinks from 7 until 8PM. A $500 Bikini Contest will showcase gorgeous ladies in their best pool attire. Participants can sign up for the contest the night of Wet. Winners will receive cash & other prizes, with 1st place winning $500. Local radio DJ, Jay Whatley from K94.5 will be a special guest host for the party.

Admission to the party is $5 at the door. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

The Swon Brothers to Perform at DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel In Bossier City!

(Bossier City, LA) March 23, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel is proud to present American country duo the Swon Brothers. They will perform in concert at Legends Theatre, Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 23 at 8pm

The Swon brothers (Zach and Colton) from Muskogee, Oklahoma have been around music their entire lives. They lived down the street from the great Carrie Underwood and performed on many of the same stages as her growing up. Performing in several gospel bands and being a part of their family’s musical Variety Show taught them about many different genres of music from Sinatra to Elvis. In 2013, they got their big break when they received third place in the fourth Season of “The Voice.” They were the first duo to ever make it to the top 12. In December 2013, they released their first single “Later On.” In October 2014, the duo released their first self-titled debut album which sold over 23,000 copies the first week. In 2014, the brothers were nominated for Duo of the Year at the CMAs. The Swon Brothers have a fun energetic sound and old country feel.

(Bossier City, LA) March 4, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel is proud to present The Lalas, L.A.’s hottest burlesque show to perform live at Legends Theatre on Saturday, April 25 at 8pm.

From Los Angeles, The Lalas burlesque is a high energy choreographed show of beautiful ladies in hot bustiers dancing to some of the best rock and pop hits! The Lalas are one of the top 10 burlesque shows rated by L.A. Weekly and were recently seen on reality TV show, Little Women. Each Lalas show is unique with its own humor and fun! The Lalas dancers have an extensive professional background and have been featured on MTV VMAs, Katy Perry concert tours and Kanye West concert tours. The group is professionally choreographed by celebrity choreographer Erin Lamont. Erin Lamont has choreographed such performers as Lady Gaga, the People’s Choice Awards and the Miss USA pageants. Friday Night Fights With the Undercard At DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel in Bossier City!

(Bossier City, LA) March 4, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel presents Friday Night Fights with the Undercard. The boxing event will take place in Legends Theatre on Friday, March 27 at 8pm.

The Undercard is a reality documentary about six Dallas, TX boxers; Frankie Agnew, Enver Halili, Maurice “Mo” Hooker, Thomas Smith, Fernando Rodriguez and Marco Vasquesz and their journey to becoming professional boxers. The reality shows takes you on an up close and personal look at their training before their big fights. The last fight of the season will take place at DiamondJacks on March 27.

Brian McKnight to Perform at DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel In Bossier City!

(Bossier City, LA) November 14, 2014- DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel is proud to present American singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Brian McKnight. He will perform in concert at Legends Theatre on Saturday, January 17 at 8pm.

With 16 Grammy nominations, Brian McKnight has been regarded as one of the strongest talents in R&B music. He has released 13 albums with several of them going platinum, and has sold over 20 million albums worldwide. The Buffalo, NY native has collaborated with such stars as Quincy Jones, Mariah Carey, Willie Nelson and Justin Timberlake. He is best known for his songs “Anytime”, “The Only One for Me” and his most recognized single “Back at One.” He received a Soul Train Award for Best R& B/ Soul Male Album in 1999 and an Image award for Outstanding Male Artist in 2000.

He is not only multi instrumental with the ability to play nine different musical instruments, but he also multi-talented.
