Mr. Howard, with over 20 years in senior management in the casino industry, heads the company's operations in Bossier City, Louisiana. He has held senior managements positions in Nevada, Mississippi, Louisiana and Puerto Rico, most recently serving as General Manager for Evangeline Downs in Opelousas, LA for the past 8 years. Mr. Howard has a proven track record of increasing market share at properties while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
