(Bossier City, LA) August 6, 2015- The river is down and the winnings ahead! DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel is happy to announce its 9th Anniversary Celebration and the removal of their temporary ramp Tuesday, August 11!
Due to the historic flooding that occurred in May, DiamondJacks installed a makeshift ramp to access the casino during high waters. Now that the river is down again, on Tuesday August 11, this temporary ramp will officially be removed! To celebrate this temporary ramp removal, as well as it being DiamondJacks 9th Anniversary month, marketing will be handing out free cupcakes to guests starting at 2pm. Guests are also welcome to participate in the $250 cash drawings from 2-8pm. World’s Best Young Elvis - Travis LeDoyt to Perform at DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel in Bossier City
(Bossier City, LA) June 26, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel is proud to present the World’s Best Young Elvis-Travis LeDoyt. He will perform in Legends Theatre Saturday, August 8 at 8pm.
Travis LeDoyt was named the World’s Best Young Elvis by The New York Times. He not only looks like Elvis Presley but he sings, dances and acts like him as well. Travis impersonates the young Elvis when he was in his prime, when he transitioned from being unknown to a star. This musical production will feature songs from Elvis’s classic movies like “Jailhouse Rock” and “Teddy Bear.” This show is sure to get you on your feet dancing. W.S Holland, the drummer for Johnny Cash, is quoted saying, “Of all the people I’ve seen do Elvis material, this boy is more like him than anybody.”

MJ Live: Michael Jackson Tribute Show at DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel in Bossier City
(Bossier City, LA) May 21, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel is proud to present MJ Live, the #1 Michael Jackson Tribute Show from Vegas in Legends Theatre, Saturday, June 13 at 8pm. To kick off the show, DiamondJacks will host a Michael Jackson look-a-like contest in Agave on Saturday, June 13 at 4pm. Winners will receive tickets to the show. Get Wet with Party Band Windstorm at DiamondJacks May 15
(Bossier City, LA) April 18, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel will spring into summer with Wet: The Pool Party on Friday, May 15. The party will be held in the beautiful pool area of DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel from 7-11PM, and will feature special entertainment from Windstorm; Shreveport’s favorite party band.
Ladies are invited to come early and enjoy free drinks from 7 until 8PM. A $500 Bikini Contest will showcase gorgeous ladies in their best pool attire. Participants can sign up for the contest the night of Wet. Winners will receive cash & other prizes, with 1st place winning $500. Local radio DJ, Jay Whatley from K94.5 will be a special guest host for the party.

The Swon Brothers to Perform at DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel In Bossier City!
(Bossier City, LA) March 23, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino and Hotel is proud to present American country duo the Swon Brothers. They will perform in concert at Legends Theatre, Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 23 at 8pm
The Swon brothers (Zach and Colton) from Muskogee, Oklahoma have been around music their entire lives. They lived down the street from the great Carrie Underwood and performed on many of the same stages as her growing up. Performing in several gospel bands and being a part of their family’s musical Variety Show taught them about many different genres of music from Sinatra to Elvis. In 2013, they got their big break when they received third place in the fourth Season of “The Voice.” They were the first duo to ever make it to the top 12. In December 2013, they released their first single “Later On.” In October 2014, the duo released their first self-titled debut album which sold over 23,000 copies the first week. In 2014, the brothers were nominated for Duo of the Year at the CMAs. The Swon Brothers have a fun energetic sound and old country feel.

(Bossier City, LA) March 4, 2015- DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel is proud to present The Lalas, L.A.’s hottest burlesque show to perform live at Legends Theatre on Saturday, April 25 at 8pm.
From Los Angeles, The Lalas burlesque is a high energy choreographed show of beautiful ladies in hot bustiers dancing to some of the best rock and pop hits! The Lalas are one of the top 10 burlesque shows rated by L.A. Weekly and were recently seen on reality TV show, Little Women. Each Lalas show is unique with its own humor and fun! The Lalas dancers have an extensive professional background and have been featured on MTV VMAs, Katy Perry concert tours and Kanye West concert tours. The group is professionally choreographed by celebrity choreographer Erin Lamont. Erin Lamont has choreographed such performers as Lady Gaga, the People’s Choice Awards and the Miss USA pageants. Satisfaction is an international Rolling Stones show that originated in the Shreveport/Bossier area back in 2000. The five member band consists of Chris LeGrand as Mick Jagger, Jim Riddick as Keith Richards, Kevin Smith as Ron Wood, John Wade as Bill Wyman and Ron Nelson as Charlie Watts.
