We accept applications between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The following are our current open positions:

Security Officer (3FT): Assisting in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers. Controlling access to restricted areas. Reacting to patron and employee incidents and accidents. Monitoring patron and employee passage in and out of casino. Responsible for checking for and reporting safety hazards. Ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Candidate must have one year experience in security. Candidate must also be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Security Officer/EMR (1FT):Administer first aid treatment to and transport sick or injured persons to medical facility working as a member of an emergency medical team. Perform security duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Security Supervisor (1FT):Responsible for overseeing the activities of the security shift which provides safety and protects all patrons, employees and company. Ensure the safety and security of all employees and customers. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries. Requirements: Two to five year’s experience as a security guard or law enforcement agent with a 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Valet Attendant 1PT): Responsible for safe parking and retrieval of vehicles. Ensuring that all vehicles are video checked for damage, ticked, locked, and keys returned to the valet office. Greeting all patrons and responding to their questions. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license is required. Candidates must be proficient in operating manual and automatic transmissions vehicles.

Casino Housekeeper (2FT):Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Zero to one-year experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities.

Must have one- year experience in the housekeeping field.

Guest Room Attendant (2FT):Responsible for cleaning all rooms assigned in the following manner, change bed linen daily, vacuum carpet daily, dust all furniture (pictures frames, bed frames, lamps, TV’s dressers and all other room items) daily. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED required. Must have one-year experience in the housekeeping filed.

Table Games Dealer/Dual Rate (4FT): Responsible for the control of the table game and assuring those guests have a favorable gaming experience. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude with use of facial expressions and knowledge of all special events and promotional activities. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Previous table games experience required. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Dealer (1FT):Responsible for the control of the game and assuring that guest has a favorable gaming experience. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Technical school education in dealing specified game. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Table Games Supervisor (2FT):The Table Games Supervisor is directly responsible for managing and directing the Table Games Operations on the casino. Ensuring that table game play operates with integrity and efficiency, with a focus on development of staff, and player rating. Requirements: Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Guest Services Center Representative (1FT):Responsible for the redemption and issuance of marketing and gaming instruments as dictated by Internal Controls and state regulations. Update and establish player accounts, greet tour buses and welcome all patrons to the casino to ensure that guests have a favorable gaming experience.Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.   One to two year’s experience in customer service or clerical training. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Casino Services Supervisor (1FT): The Cage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Cage Manager in the successful operation of the cage and assuring that guest have a favorable gaming experience. Requirements: Two to five year’s experience in cage operations and supervision with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Slot Technician (1FT): Repairs, maintains, and monitors the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participate in moving slot related equipment. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two-year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Slot Supervisor (1FT): The Slot Supervisor is responsible for the successful activity of the slot shift, verifies jackpots to comply with internal controls and gaming regulations. Responsible for customer service, relations, and disputes to assure that guest have a favorable gaming experience. Requirements: Two to five year’s experience in gaming preferable in slots with a 2-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.   Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Marketing Analyst (1FT): Oversee all analysis of the casino database and plan, support, execute and analyze casino promotions and campaigns. Responsible for the identification and implementation of improved analytic tools and data structures, as well as the management of efforts related to the development, maintenance and accuracy of player data. Requirements: Demonstrate success in analytical roles, such as Planning & Analysis. Strong quantitative skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field and casino industry experience preferred. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.  

DJ Cook (1FT):Ability to operate the kitchen including slicer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddles. Requirements: One-year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge. Must be able to perform all cooking duties.

Busser (1PT): Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and dirty linen in a fast and efficient manner. Responsible to stock wait stations, bar and host stand. Responsible for bringing ice as needed. Requirements: a high school diploma or GED equivalent. One- year food service experience.

Buffet Food Runner (1FT): Responsible for maintaining a fully stocked and organized buffet. Assuring that guest has a favorable dining experience. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required. Some kitchen experience needed.

Food and Beverage Supervisor: (1FT): Responsible to the Food and Beverage or Outlet Manager for successful performance of assigned duties. Responsible for the supervision and performance of Food and Beverage Service staff. Requirements: Two to five year experience in food and beverage operations and managing personnel with a 4-year degree preferred in related fields or equivalent work experience.

Lead Lucky Bean Concessionaire (1FT):Coordinate the activities of concession workers during shift to assure satisfactory service at all times. Assure that guest have favorable gaming experience. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Administrative Assistant II (1FT): The Food and Beverage Assistant are responsible for aiding executive in staff capacity by coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and special management duties. Responsible to the Director of Food and Beverage for successful performance of assigned duties. Responsible for the performance of administrative duties regarding to Food and Beverage. Requirements: Two to five year’s experience as a secretary, receptionist in office management with a high school or equivalent degree in related. Two year secretarial/technical degree preferred and any applicable health certificates.

Executive Chef (1FT): Responsible to the Director of Food and Beverage for successful performance of assigned duties. Responsible for the supervision and performance of Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef D’ Cuisine, Pastry, and all other cooks and kitchen workers. Requirements: Seven to ten years experience as a pastry chef, chef d’ cuisine, sous chef with a 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a valid gaming license and Alcohol Beverage Control card and any applicable health certificates.

DJ Busser/Server (1FT):Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and trash in a fast and efficient manner. Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year experience in restaurant service. Alcohol Beverage Card

Casino Beverage Server (2FT): To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. Must follow company policy and procedure regards to serving our guest. Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. A high school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Senior Staff Accountant (1FT):The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for performing various accounting functions including assisting with month end close and financial statement preparation, internal, assist with external and regulatory agency audits and other financial reporting as deemed necessary. Requirements: Five to seven years of experience in finance operations with a 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a MS State gaming license.

Shuttle Driver (1PT):Responsible for maintaining a continuous loop to transport employees to and from the employee parking lot and for picking up and delivering VIPs for the casino, hotel, and corporate. Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalent. A valid driver’s license, Class C with passenger endorsement is required.

Maintenance Technician (1FT): Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts. Operate all hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years experience in maintenance.
