(Bossier City, LA)- August 4, 2011- Rock-n-Roll singer- songwriter, and saxophonist, Eddie Money will perform on Saturday, November 19, 8PM at DiamondJacks Legends Theatre.
“Not only can he sing, write and play, but he’s a natural performer,” expressed rock music impresario, Bill Graham. As an American rock guitarist, saxophonist and singer-songwriter, Eddie Money found his ultimate success in the 1970s and 1980s with a number of Top 40 hits and platinum albums.
In the 1970s, Money came onto the scene and fans immediately fell in love with his sound and his debut album went double platinum with charted singles such as “Baby Hold On” and “Two Tickets to Paradise.” He continued his success with a stream of Top 40 hits and expanded into the MTV music video scene in the early 1980s with his amusing narrative videos for “Shakin” and “Think I’m in Love.” In 1986, Money released his single, “Can’t Hold Back,” which reached number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
As the years have passed, Money’s blue-collard brand of Rock -n- Roll has managed to transcend generations and continues to move audiences today. Along with having sold more than 28 million records, Money’s songs have appeared in various movies and television shows and recently included in video games such as “Grand Theft Auto” and “Guitar Hero.”
