Legends Gaming, LLC is a privately owned corporation that was formed recently to own and operate casinos located primarily in regional markets. The purchase of two Isle of Capri properties in Vicksburg, MS and Bossier City, LA in 2006 and their conversion to DiamondJacks Casinos represents the first acquisitions for the new company. Legends Gaming pro-customer, pro-employee and pro-community business philosophy is embodied in their Mission Statement:

As the company looks at future acquisitions, Legends will rely on the wealth of casino management and operation experience its top management team brings to the organization. Corporate officers are William J. McEnery, Legends Chairman of the Board; Michael E. Kelly, President and Chief Executive Officer; and G. Dan Marshall, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
